فاعلية الذات الإرشادية وعلاقتها بالتوافق المهني لدى مرشدات المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة جدة Counseling Self Efficacy and Its Relationship With Vocational Adjustment Among Secondary School Counselors in Jeddah city

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على فاعلية الذات الإرشادية وعلاقتها بالتوافق المهني لدى مرشدات المرحلة الثانوية، کما هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الفروق بين متوسطات درجات عينة الدراسة وفقاً لمتغيرات (التخصص الدقيق- مستوى التأهيل العالي- سنوات الخبرة)، تکونت العينة من ستين مرشدة، وتم اعتماد المنهج المختلط بنوعية الکمي والنوعي، وتم جمع البيانات أولاً الکمية (المقاييس)، وثانياً النوعية (المقابلة)، تم أعداد مقاييس الدراسة بناءً على مقاييس سابقة،وتکوّن مقياس فاعلية الذات الإرشادية من ثلاثة وثلاثون فقرة، موزعة على سبعة أبعاد، أما مقياس التوافق المهني فتکوّن من تسعة وعشرون فقرة، موزعة على سبعة أبعاد، تم تحليل البيانات الکمية إحصائياً، والبيانات النوعية بتحليل الأسئلة المقننة المعدة مسبقاً بأسلوب النظرية المجذرة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها؛ توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين درجات فاعلية الذات الإرشادية ودرجات التوافق المهني لدى عينة الدراسة، توجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات فاعلية الذات الإرشادية وفقاً للتخصص الدقيق لصالح المرشدات ذات تخصص علم النفس، علم اجتماع، وتخصصات أخرى، بينما لا توجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات فاعلية الذات الإرشادية لدى عينة الدراسة وفقاً لمستوى التأهيل العالي وسنوات الخبرة، کذلک لا توجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات التوافق المهني لدى عينة الدراسة وفقاً لمتغيرات الدراسة.
This study aims at identifying the Counseling self efficacy and its relationship with vocational adjustments among secondary schools counselors. This study also aimed at identifying the differences between the mediums of the study samples in accordance with accurate specialization variables - high rehabilitation level -years of experience. The study sample consists of 60 counselors, the mixed approach was approved in both qualitative and quantitative  types and data were collected ; the first thereof quantity (standards), second: Quality (interview. The standards of counseling self efficacy standards consists of thirty three paragraph, distributed to seven dimensions. However in respect of the vocational adjustment consists of twenty nine paragraph, distributed to seven dimensions, these quantitative data was analyzed statistically and the qualitative data by analyzing pre-programmed questions with grounded theory . This study concluded several results, most notably: There is a correlative relationship between the counseling self efficacy and the vocational adjustment degrees at the study sample. There are differences between the mediums of the counseling self efficacy in accordance with the accurate specialization to the favor of the counselors of psychology specialization, sociology and other specializations. However, there are no differences between the mediums of the counseling self efficacy degrees among the study sample in accordance with the high qualifications and years of experience. There are also no differences between the mediums of vocational adjustment among the study sample in accordance with the study variables.
