دراسة تقييمية مقارنة لکفايات إدارة الصف في مراکز الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الحرکية الخاصة في الجزائر والأردن Evaluation study compared the efficiencies of classroom management in children with special needs centers motor in Algeria and Jordan

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقييم مراکز الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الحرکية الخاصة في الجزائر والأردن وذلک من خلال التعرف على کفايات تفعيل إدارة الصف في العملية التربوية في معلم الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الحرکية الخاصة في الجزائر والأردن عامة والتي يحتاج إليها في تربية وتعليم هؤلاء الأطفال. وتکونت عينة الدراسة في صورتها النهائية من (39) معلما ومعلمة من العاملين في مراکز التربية الخاصة في الجزائر والأردن وطبق عليهم إستبيان قد تم تطويره مؤلف من (41) فقرة تمثلت في مجال کفايات تفعيل إدارة الصف في غرفة الصف.
        وإعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي، توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها
ما يلي:
        وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مرکز الحراش ومرکز أم البواقي لصالح مرکز أم البواقي في مجال ما يدور في غرفة الصف.
        توجد فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية في کفايات تفعيل إدارة الصف بين مراکز التربية الخاصة للأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الحرکية الخاصة بالجزائر والأردن لصالح جمعية الحسين لذوي التحديات الحرکية بعمان.
The present study aimed to evaluate children with centers kinetic special needs in Algeria, Jordan, through the identification of competencies activation of classroom management in the educational process in children with teacher kinetic special needs in Algeria, Jordan General and needed in education and education of these children. And study sample consisted in its final form (39) teachers and teacher working in special education centers in Algeria, Jordan and dish them questionnaire has been developed consisting of (41) items represented in the field of competencies activation of classroom management in the classroom.  
          Depending on the descriptive approach, the study found many of the results including the following:
1-    There were statistically significant differences between the center and the center of El Harrach or residuals differences in favor of or residuals center in the field of what is going on in the classroom.
2-    There are significant differences were statistically significant differences in the activation of classroom management efficiencies between special education centers for children with special needs kinetic Algeria and Jordan in favor of Al-Hussein Society for people with mobility challenges in Amman.
