برنامج صعوبات التعلم في سلطنة عمان: دراسة تقويمية Learning Difficulty Program at Sultanate of Oman: Evaluation study

        هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى تقويم برنامج معالجة صعوبات التعلم من خلال وجهة نظر التربويين العاملين في هذا البرنامج المطبق في الحلقة الأولى (1-4) في مدارس سلطنة عمان. وقد تم جمع البيانات باستخدام المنهج الکمي، حيث وزعت ثلاث استبانات على عينة مکونة من (283) معلمة، و )16) مشرفة، (267) مديرة في المدارس المطبق فيها البرنامج. أظهرت النتائج أن هناک اتجاهات ايجابية من جميع المشارکين في الدراسة نحو البرنامج وذلک لکونه يوفر بديل تربوي للطلبة الذين يعانون من صعوبات تعلم مختلفة للحصول على المساعدة الفردية من خلال برنامج السحب الخارجي إلى غرف مصادر التعلم، کما أظهرت النتائج وجود بعض العقبات المتعلقة بالمصادر المالية ووضوح المهام ونقص في مهارات تقييم المعلمات والمتابعة الفنية للبرنامج.
The aim of the study was to evaluate the learning difficulties program in Cycle One (1-4) of Basic Education through eliciting views of program's teachers, supervisors, and principal. Data was collected using quantitative methods. Questionnaires were, disturbed for a sample of (283) teachers, (16) supervisors, and (267) principals in the schools in which the learning difficulties program is implemented.
The findings showed that teachers, supervisors, and principals had positive views regarding the program because it offered an option for students to study in a small learning group, and getting an immediate academic support. The results also showed there were some obstacles in the areas of financial resources and the clarity of the job description as well as the lack of some skills related to the evaluation and technical follow up to the program.
