اختيرت هذه الدراسة فاعلية البرنامج التربوي الفردي لبرامج ذوي صعوبات التعلم في المدارس الابتدائية من وجهة نظر معلمي ومعلمات ذوي صعوبات التعلم بمدينة الرياض، حيث إن البرنامج التربوي الفردي يُعد من المعالم البارزة في تطوير التربية الخاصة، إذ ينطوي على إمکانات تجعله بمثابة القوة المنظمة، والموجهة لتعليم أکثر تفرداً، وتنوعاً، وتُعتبر القاعدة التي تنبثق منها کافة الأنشطة التدريبية والتعليمية لذوي الإعاقات المختلفة، ولتحقيق ذلک تم تطبيق البرنامج على عينة الدراسة من (100) معلم ومعلمة من برامج ذوي صعوبات التعلم الملحقة بالمدارس العادية بمدينة الرياض، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة معرفة أعضاء فريق البرنامج التربوي الفردي لبرامج ذوي صعوبات التعلم بالمدارس الحکومية، وعلى اهدافه والعوامل المتحکمة فيه، وأوصت الدراسة ضرورة توفر الخبرات التي تساعد على تواجد أعضاء فريق البرنامج التربوي الفردي متکامل في کل مدرسة، والاهتمام بالدورات التدريبية التي تساعد على تطوير أداء المعلم وتنفيذ البرنامج التربوي الفردي، والعمل على تأهيل المعلم التأهيل المناسب الذي يساعده على تطبيق البرنامج التربوي الفردي.
This study examined the effectiveness of the individual education program for programs of learning disabilities in primary schools from the point of view of teachers and teachers with learning disabilities in Riyadh. The individual education program is a milestone in the development of special education. It has the potential to be an organized force for learning. The program is based on the sample of the study one hundred teachers and teachers of programs with learning disabilities attached to the regular schools in the city of irrigation Add, The results of the study showed the knowledge of the members of the IEP team for the programs of the learning difficulties in the public schools and its objectives and the factors controlling it. The study recommended the necessity of providing expertise that helps the presence of the members of the IEP team integrated in each school and taking care of the training courses that help to improve teacher performance And implement the individual education program, and work to rehabilitate the teacher appropriate rehabilitation that helps him to implement the individual educational program.
