هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور برامج الإرشاد المهني في تأهيل ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية لسوق العمل من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمرشدين، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اُستُخدِم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة كأداة طُبقت على عينة تكونت من (163) شخصًا من معلمي ومرشدي ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية في المدارس الحكومية الملحق بها برامج التربية الفكرية في مدينة الطائف، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ما يلي: تسهم برامج الإرشاد المهني في تأهيل ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية، ومساعدتهم على اختيار المهنة المناسبة لميولهم. ومن أبرز متطلبات تفعيل برامج الإرشاد المهني في تأهيل ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية لسوق العمل تعاون الأسرة، واستخدام التقنية الحديثة، ومن أهم النتائج المترتبة على تفعيل هذه البرامج أنها تجعل من ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية أفرادًا قادرين على العمل، ومن المعوقات التي تواجه تطبيق هذه البرامج قلة وجود قنوات مخصصة للإعلان عن المهن المناسبة لذوي الإعاقة الفكرية، ونقص الدعم المادي المخصص لبرامج الإرشاد المهني. وقد أوصت الباحثة بتضافر جهود جميع الجهات المعنية بذوي الإعاقة الفكرية في سبيل إعدادهم للحصول على فرص وظيفية تتواكب مع متطلبات سوق العمل، والحرص على توظيف دور وسائل الإعلام في تأهيل ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية من خلال العرض المستمر للمهن الحديثة في سوق العمل.
The current study aimed to identify the role of vocational guidance programs in rehabilitating people with intellectual disabilities for the labor market from the point of view of teachers and counselors. Intellectual education in public schools to which intellectual education programs are attached in the city of Taif. The study led to a set of results, the most important of which are the following: Vocational guidance programs contribute to the rehabilitation of people with intellectual disabilities, and to help them choose the appropriate profession for their preferences. Among the most prominent requirements for activating vocational guidance programs in qualifying people with intellectual disabilities for the labor market is the cooperation of the family, and the use of modern technology. Dedicated to advertising suitable professions for people with intellectual disabilities, and the lack of financial support allocated to vocational guidance programs. The researcher recommended the concerted efforts of all parties concerned with people with intellectual disabilities in order to prepare them to obtain job opportunities that keep pace with the requirements of the labor market, and to make sure to employ the role of the media in rehabilitating people with intellectual disabilities through the continuous presentation of modern professions in the labor market.
