درجة استعداد جامعة جدة لدمج الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والإداريين Students with Disabilities from the Perspective of Faculty Members and Administrators

تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى دراسة استعداد وجاهزية جامعة جدة لدمج الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والاداريين. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (280) مشاركا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والاداريين، بواقع (205) عضو هيئة تدريس و(75) اداري. تمثلت أدوات الدراسة من استبانتين للكشف عن استعداد وجاهزية دمج الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في الجامعة من إعداد الباحث، وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان درجة استعداد جامعة جدة لدمج الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس متوسطة، وبلغ المتوسط الحسابي ككل (3.01). وأوضحت النتائج أن لدى الإداريين درجة (مرتفعة) في الحكم على استعداد وجاهزية جامعة جدة لدمج الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.67). وبناء عليه قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات أبرزها: ضرورة تبني جامعة جدة معايير النجاح الواردة في هذه الدراسة في تقديم الخدمات للطلبة لذوي الإعاقة المدموجين في برامجها، وتفير دليل عملي وشامل يوضح السياسات، والبرامج، والخدمات التي تقدمها جامعة جدة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة.
The current study aims to examine the readiness and preparedness of the University of Jeddah to integrate students with disabilities from the perspective of faculty members and administrators. The study sample consisted of (280) participants, including (205) faculty members and (75) administrators. The study tools included two questionnaires to assess the readiness of the university to integrate students with disabilities, prepared by the researcher. The study found that the degree of readiness of the University of Jeddah to integrate students with disabilities from the perspective of faculty members is moderate, with an overall average of (3.01). The results indicated that administrators have a high degree of judgment on the readiness and preparedness of the University of Jeddah to integrate students with disabilities, with an average of (3.67). Based on these findings, the study presented several recommendations and suggestions, including the adoption of success criteria in providing services to students with disabilities integrated into its programs, and the provision of a practical and comprehensive guide outlining the policies, programs, and services offered by the University of Jeddah to students with disabilities.
