هَدفَت الدِّراسة إِلى التَّعَرُّف على وَاقِع الكفايات المهْنيَّة لَدى مُعَلمِي صُعوبَات التَّعَلُّم وَفْق المعايير الوطنيَّة، وقد اِعْتمَدتْ الدِّراسة على المنْهج اَلوصْفِي، كمَا تمَّ تَطبِيق مِقيَاس الكفايات المهْنيَّة لَدى مُعَلمِي صُعوبَات التَّعَلُّم مبْنيًّا على المعايير الوطنيَّة المعْتمدة مِن هَيئَة تَقوِيم التَّعْليم (2020) (مِن إِعدَاد الباحثان)، على عَينَة بلغ عَددُها (96) مِن مُعلِّمِين ومعلِّمات صُعوبَات التَّعَلُّم فِي المرْحلة الابْتدائيَّة فِي مِنطَقة اَلقصِيم، وَأَظهرَت نَتائِج الدِّراسة أنَّ مُستَوَى الكفايات المهْنيَّة لَدى مُعَلمِي صُعوبَات التَّعَلُّم وَفْق المعايير الوطنيَّة جَاءَت بِدرجة مُتَوسطَة، حَيْث أَوصَت الدِّراسة الحاليَّة إِلى ضَرُورَة تَدرِيب مُعَلمِي صُعوبَات التَّعَلُّم ومعلِّمي التَّعْليم اَلْعام بِهَدف تَحسِين الكفايات المهْنيَّة لَديهِم مَبنِية على المعايير الوطنيَّة المعْتمدة مِن قِبل هَيئَة تَقوِيم التَّعْليم (2020).
The study aimed to identify the reality of the professional competencies of teachers of learning difficulties according to the national standards,The study relied on the descriptive approach and a scale of professional competence for teachers with learning difficulties was applied based on the national standards approved by the Education Evaluation Authority (2020) (prepared by the researchers), On a sample of (96) male and female teachers with learning difficulties in the primary stage in the Qassim region, The results of the study revealed that the level of professional competencies among teachers of learning difficulties according to the national standards came to a medium degree. The current study recommended the need to train teachers with learning difficulties and general education teachers in order to improve their professional competencies based on the national standards approved by the Education Evaluation Commission (2020).
