جودة الخدمات التربوية المقدمة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية في المرحلة الابتدائية في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر أولياء أمورهم بمدينة جدة The Quality of Educational Services Provided to Students with Intellectual Disabilities in the Primary Stage During the Covid-19 Pandemic From the Perspective of Their Parents in Jeddah

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرُّف على مستوى جودة الخدمات التربوية المقدَّمة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية بالمرحلة الابتدائية في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر أولياء أمورهم بمدينة جدة، وتكونت العيِّنة من (٢٧٠) من أولياء الأمور بواقع (١٣٦ من الذكور و١٣٤ من الإناث)؛ للتعرُّف على الفروق بينهم في تقدير مستوى جودة الخدمات التربوية المقدَّمة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية بالمرحلة الابتدائية، وفقًا لعددٍ من المتغيرات، وهي: جنس الطالبـ/ـة، والدرجة العلمية لولي الأمر، ومستوى دخل الأسرة، وعدد الإخوة المستخدمين للمنصَّة في الأسرة. ولتقصي هذه المشكلة البحثية؛ طورت الباحثة استبانة تكونت من (٢٠) فقرة تقيس مستوى جودة الخدمات التربوية المقدَّمة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية بالمرحلة الابتدائية خلال جائحة كورونا وهي: المعلمـ/ـة، والمنهج، والمنصَّات الإلكترونية. وأسفرت النتائج عن أن مستوى جودة الخدمات التربوية المقدَّمة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية بالمرحلة الابتدائية في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر أولياء أمورهم كان بدرجة كبيرة على الدرجة الكلية وجميع أبعاد الاستبانة. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على جميع الأبعاد تُعزى لمتغير جنس الطالبـ/ـة لصالح (الإناث)، ومتغير الدرجة العلمية لولي الأمر لفئة (ثانوي فما دون)، ومتغير مستوى الدخل لفئة (أقل من ٥٠٠٠)، كما بينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية نحو بُعد المنصَّات الإلكترونية تُعزى لمتغير عدد الإخوة المستخدمين للمنصة في الأسرة لصالح فئة (أربعة فأكثر).
The current study aimed to identify the quality of educational services provided to students with intellectual disabilities (IDs) in the primary stage during the Covid-19 pandemic from the perspective of their parents in Jeddah. The sample consisted of 270 parents (136 males and 134 females). The study sought to identify the differences between the participants in their rating of the quality level of educational services provided to students with IDs in the primary stage, according to the variables of students’ gender, parents’ educational level, the family’s income level, and the number of siblings in the family using the platform. To investigate the study problem, the researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of (20) phrases that measured the quality of educational services provided to students with IDs in the primary stage during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely, the teacher, the curriculum, and the electronic platforms. According to the study results, the quality level of educational services provided to students with IDs in the primary stage during the Covid-19, from the perspective of their parents, was significantly high on the total score and in all areas of the questionnaire. The results also indicated statistically significant differences in all areas of the questionnaire that could be attributed to students’ gender, parents’ educational level, and the income level variables for the benefit of females, secondary and below, and less than 5000 respectively. In addition, there were statistically significant differences in the area of electronic platforms due to the number of siblings in the family using the platform in the family variable for the benefit of four or more.
