الاحتياجاتُ الإرشاديةُ للطلابِ ذوي الإعاقةِ البصـريـة فـي ظـلِ جـائحـة کـورونـا The Counseling Needs of Visual Impairment Students in Corona pandemic

هدفَ البحثُ إلى تحديدِ الاحتياجات الإرشادية للطلابِ ذوي الإعاقة البصرية (ضعاف البصر، المکفوفين) في ظلِ جائحة کورنا (COVID-19) بجمهوريةِ مصر العربية، کذلک التعرف إلى الفروقِ في مستوى الاحتياجات الإرشادية للطلابِ ذوي الإعاقة البصرية التي تُعزى إلى درجةِ الإعاقة البصرية (الجزئية/ الکلية). اعتمدَ البحثُ على المنهجِ الوصفي وتکونت عينةُ البحث من (147) طالبٍ وطالبةٍ من ذوي الإعاقة البصرية للعامِ الدراسي 2020/2021 م، تراوحت أعمارهم بين (13-18) عامًا؛ طبق الباحثُ عليهم مقياس الاحتياجات الإرشادية الذي تم إعداده في هذا البحث. وأسفرت النتائجُ عن أن درجةَ الاحتياجات الإرشادية الکلية والاحتياجات الإرشادية الخاصة بالإجراءاتِ الاحترازية والاحتياجات الإرشادية الخاصة بالصعوباتِ الانفعالية والدراسية، والاحتياجات الإرشادية الخاصة بالرعايةِ الصحية البدنية والنفسية لدى الطلابِ ذوي الإعاقة البصرية الجزئية مرتفعة بمتوسط (68,04، 22,37، 27,76، 17,91)، ولدى الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة البصرية الکلية بمتوسط (70,42، 25,69، 27,10، 17,62) على الترتيبِ. کما أوضحت النتائجُ وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطات درجات الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة البصرية الجزئية والکلية في الدرجةِ الکلية وبُعد الاحتياجات الإرشادية الخاصة بالإجراءاتِ الاحترازية، وکانت الفروق لصالحِ الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة البصرية الکلية (ت= 5,28-2,64)، إذ کانوا الأعلى احتياجًا من الطلابِ ذوي الإعاقةِ البصرية الجزئية في الاحتياجاتِ الإرشادية الخاصة بالإجراءاتِ الاحترازية عند مستوى (0.01).
This Paper aimed to determine counseling needs of visual impairment students (low vision and blind) in light of the Corona pandemic (COVID-19) in the Arab Republic of Egypt, as well as to identify the differences in the level of counseling needs of visual impairment students that are attributed to the degree of visual impairment (low vision/ blind). The Author used the descriptive approach and the Paper sample consisted of (147) visual impairment students was selected for the academic year 2020/2021 AD, their ages ranged between (13-18) years. The Author applied the counseling needs scale of visual impairment students (prepared by the Author) on them, that was prepared in this paper. The results showed that the total score of counseling needs, the counseling needs for precautionary procedures, the counseling needs for emotional and study difficulties, and the counseling needs for physical and psychological health care among low vision students was high with a mean of (68.04, 22,37, 27.76, 17, 91), and blind students have a mean of (70,42, 25,69, 27,10, 17,62) respectively. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the mean scores needs of low vision and blind students in the total score and the dimension of the precautionary procedures needs, and the differences were in favor of blind students (T = 5.28-2.64), as they were the highest in need of low vision students in the indicative needs for precautionary procedures at the level (0.01).
