واقع الخدمات المساندة المقدمة لطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية من وجهة نظرهم identifying the current assistive services offered to students with disabled people in Al- Balqa' Applied University from their perspectives
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الخدمات المساندة المقدمة لطلبة ذوي الاعاقة في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية من وجهة نظرهم، وقد استخدم الباحثين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تم توزيع 32 استبانة، وتم استرجاع (32) استبانة حيث خضعت للتحليل، وتم تطوير مقياس أحمد (2017) المکون من أربعة أبعاد: (خدمات القبول والتسجيل، الخدمات المکتبية، خدمات التسهيلات والمباني، وخدمات الکلية)، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن واقع الخدمات المساندة المقدمة للطلبة من ذوي الاعاقة جاءت بأهمية نسبية متوسطة لجميع أبعادها، وتوجد فروق في واقع الخدمات المساندة المقدمة من قبل جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذکور، ولمتغير التخصص لصالح التخصصات الإنسانية، ولا توجد فروق في واقع الخدمات المساندة المقدمة لهذه الفئة تعزى لمتغير نوع الإعاقة.
This study aims to identifying the current assistive services offered to students with disabled people in Al- Balqa' Applied University from their perspectives. The researchers utilised analytical descriptive approach. An instrument was developed from Ahmad's scale (2017) that covered four dimensions (admission and registration services, library services, building facilities, and college services). The instrument was completed 32 students with disabled people . Results revealed that the current practice of assistive services for students with special needs was moderate in all the instrument's dimensions. There were statistical differences in the current practice according to the students' gender in favour of male and according to students' specialisation in favour of humanities major. There were no statistical differences in the current practice of assistive services according to disability type.
