بناء مقياس الکفايات المهنية الإرشادية للطلاب المعلمين بقسم التربية الخاصة Constructing a scale of counselling professional competencies among students teachers of special education department

استهدفت الدراسة الحالية بناء مقياس الکفايات المهنية الإرشادية للطلاب المعلمين بقسم التربية الخاصة والتحقق من خصائصه السيکومترية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة طرح الباحث سؤالًا مفتوحًا على مجموعة من الخبراء في المجال من أعضاء هيئة التدريس المتخصصين في الصحة النفسية وعلم النفس والتربية الخاصة لتحديد الکفايات المهنية الإرشادية الضرورية للطلاب المعلمين بقسم التربية الخاصة وروعيت استجاباتهم على السؤال في بناء الصورة الأولية للمقياس، التي تکونت من (30) بندًا موزعين على خمسة أبعاد لکل بعد ستة بنود، وطبق المقياس على (188) طالبًا معلمًا من قسم التربية الخاصة، بکلية التربية جامعة جازان، تم اختيارهم عشوائيًا، وحسبت الخصائص السيکومترية للمقياس فأسفرت النتائج عن تحقق الصدق لجميع بنود المقياس حيث تراوحت معاملات ارتباط کل بند بالبعد الذي ينتمي له بعد حذف درجة البند ما بين (0,361)، (0,793) دالة عند مستوى 0,01 ، وأسفرت نتائج التحليل العاملي عن تحقق صدق التکوين للمقياس حيث تشبعت بنوده على خمسة عوامل بلغت قيمة الجذر الکامن لها على الترتيب (4,960)، (4,941)، (3,096)، (2,935)، (1,808) ولم يتم حذف أي بند من المقياس لتشبعها جميعًا بقيم مقبولة إحصائيًا على عوامل المقياس، وبذلک أصبح المقياس في صورته النهائية مکونًا من (30) بندًا، وقد تحقق الثبات بمعامل مرتفع بلغت قيمته (0,934) من خلال طريقة ألفا کرونباخ ، وبلغت قيمته (0,86) بطريقة التجزئة النصفية، وبذلک تحقق صدق وثبات المقياس، ونوقشت النتائج وقدمت توصيات ومقترحات لدراسات تالية.
The current study aimed to constructing a scale of counselling professional competencies among students Teachers of Special Education Department and verifying its psychometric characteristics. To achieve the aim of the study the researcher has subtracts open question on a group of experts in the field by teaching authority members who are specialized in mental health, psychology and special education to determine counselling professional competencies that are necessary for students teachers in special education department and their responses on the question in building the primitive picture for the scale which contained of 30 items that distribution on (5) dimensions every dimension has (6) Items. This scale is applied on (188) students teachers from special education department faculty of education Jazan university are chosen by random according to psychomotor characteristics for the scale, the results are explained the validity for all the scale items where the relation coefficient to every item is about to every dimension that belongs to it the degree between (0.361), (0.793) there were statistically significant at 0.01. The result explained achieving the construct validity where its items for five factors on the range (4.960), (4.941), (3.096),(2.935) (1.808) and we don't omit any item of it of the scale because it has acceptable values statistical on the scale factors so the scale in its final picture it contained of 30 Items, where the reliability is achieved by a high coefficient Its value 0.934 through Alfa way and 0.86 by half fragmentation, thus validity and reliability are achieving of the scale. the results have been argued and presented recommendations for the following study.
