        هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التحقق من فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارات الذکاء الوجداني العاطفية والاجتماعية لدى طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية وأثره في خفض اتجاهاتهم السلبية نحو المدرسة، على عينة قوامها (50) طالبًا من طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (11.5 – 12.4) عامًا، مستخدمةً أدوات منها مقياس المهارات العاطفية والاجتماعية، ومقياس الاتجاهات نحو المدرسة، إضافة إلى برنامج الدراسة التدريبي القائم على نظرية الذکاء الوجداني لجولمان، وجميعهم من إعداد الباحث، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن فاعلية برنامجها التدريبي في تنمية مهارات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية العاطفية والاجتماعية، کما أسفرت النتائج عن الأثر الإيجابي للجلسات التدريبية والأنشطة الهادفة لبرنامج الدراسة التدريبي في تطوير اتجاهات إيجابية للطلاب نحو المدرسة، وتخفيض اتجاهاتهم السلبية نحوها .
This study aimed to verify the effectiveness of the training program to develop the skills of emotional intelligence, emotional and social development of students at the primary stage and its impact in reducing negative attitudes toward school, on a sample of 50 students from elementary school students between the ages of (11.5 -12.4)  years, Using tools which measure skills, emotional and social development, and the measure of attitudes towards the school, in addition to the program of study, training based on the theory of emotional intelligence to Goleman, all prepared by the researcher, and resulted in the findings of the study on the effectiveness of its training program to develop the skills of the students of the experimental group, emotional, social, and yielded results for the positive impact of the training sessions and activities aimed to study the training program to develop positive attitudes toward school students, and to reduce the negative attitudes towards it .
