اضطراب تشوه صورة الجسم وعلاقتها بقلق المستقبل لدى عينة من ذوي مرضى السکري Disorder of the body image deformation and it is relationship to the future anxiety for a sample of infected persons with diabetes.

هدفت هذه الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين صورة الجسم (کمتغير معرفي) وقلق المستقبل (کمتغير انفعالي) في ظل الإصابة بمرض السکري ، وکذلک معرفة تأثير الإعاقة الجسمية والصحية ( الاصابة بمرض السکري) على تشوه صورة الجسم لدى عينة من المصابين بالسکري من خلال التعرف على الفروق بين مجموعة من المصابين ومجموعة من الأصحاء، وايضا معرفة تأثير مرض السکر کاعاقة جسمية وصحية على درجة قلق المستقبل لدى عينة من المصابين به من خلال التعرف على الفروق بين مجموعة منهم ومجموعة من الأصحاء. 
وقد تکونت العينة من مجموعة تتراوح أعمارهم بين 16- 21 سنة ، وتم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعات مختلفة متکافئة ، وتم استخدام المنهج المقارن . وضمت الأدوات  ومقياس اضطرابُ تشوُّه صورة الجسم ، ومقياس قلق المستقبل .
وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق واضحة لها دلالتها بين مرتفعي ومنخفضي الدرجة على مقياس اضطرابُ تشوُّه صورة الجسم ومقياس قلق المستقبل، بالاضافة الى ما يلي     
أنه يوجد معامل ارتباط دال  إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.01 وموجب  وقوى بين درجة تشوه صورة الجسم ودرجة قلق المستقبل.
توجد فروق داله إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.01  بين متوسطى درجات الأصحاء ومرضى السکري فى درجة قلق المستقبل  لصالح مجموعة مرضى السکري.

The current study aimed at :clarify diabetics teenagers characteristics and the most important problems facing them through the theoretical framework of the current study, Identify the correlation between body image as (a cognitive variable) and the future anxiety as (an emotional variable) under diabetes. ,the effect of physical and healthy disabilities (under diabetes) on the deforming body image among a sample of diabetics  through identifying the differences between the groups of patients and a group of healthy people. And The impact of diabetes as an example of  physical and healthy disability on the degree of future anxiety for sample of infected persons through recognizing the differences between a group of them and a group of healthy people.
The sample consisted of a group of male 123 ( 64 normal- 59 diabetic) aged between 16-21 years. were divided into different unequal groups , it has been use of comparative approach. And it included tools and scale  of disorder of the body image deformation, and a scale of future anxiety.
The results of the study  indicatrd that existence of clear differences between her significance high and low class to deformate the image body and the scale of  future anxiety In addition to the following:
there is a correlation coefficient D. statistically significant at the 0.01 level and positive powers between degree of deformation of body image and t degree of future anxiety
There are significant differences at the level of 0.01 degrees between the average of healthy and diabetics in the degree of future anxiety favoring to diabetics group.
There are significant differences at the level of 0.01 degrees between the average of healthy and diabetics in the deformation   of body image favoring to a group of diabetic patients.
