درجة ممارسة الخدمات الإرشادية المقدمة للتلميذات الموهوبات بالمرحلة الابتدائية من وجهة نظر المديرات والمرشدات والمعلمات "دراســـــــة تقــــــويميــــــة " The degree of Counseling Services Provided for Talented pupils in Elementary Schools from the Point of View of School Principals , Counselors and Teachers "Evaluation Study"

 هدفت الدراسة إلى الکشف عن واقع الخدمات الإرشادية المقدمة للتلميذات الموهوبات بالمرحلة الابتدائية من وجهة نظر المديرات والمرشدات والمعلمات . تکونت عينة الدراسة في صورتها النهائية من (30) فرد متمثلة في(10) مديرات و(10) مرشدات و(10) معلمات موهبة في المدارس الابتدائية الحکومية والأهلية بمدينة جدة، وطبق عليهن استبانة بهدف قياس درجة ممارسة الخدمات الإرشادية موزعة على أربعة مجالات(المجال التعليمي، والمجال الإجتماعي/ الإنفعالي، والمجال المهني،والمجال الإرشادي)(إعداد /الباحثة )، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها الآتي :
1-  أن مستوى تقدير درجة ممارسة الخدمات الإرشادية المقدمة للتلميذات الموهوبات بالمرحلة الابتدائية من وجهة نظر المديرات والمعلمات کانت بدرجة عالية في جميع المجالات .
2-  أن مستوى تقدير درجة ممارسة الخدمات الإرشادية المقدمة للتلميذات الموهوبات بالمرحلة الابتدائية من وجهة نظر المرشدات في المجال التعليمي والمجال الإجتماعي، الإنفعالي کانت بدرجة عالية، بينما في المجال الإرشادي والمهني کانت بدرجة منخفضة.
3-  لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في تقدير أفراد العينة لدرجة ممارسة الخدمات الإرشادية المقدمة للتلميذات الموهوبات بالمرحلة الابتدائية بين المجالات الأربعة " التعليمي، الاجتماعي/ الانفعالي، المهني، الإرشادي ".
The study aimed at identifying the reality of counseling services provided by headmistresses, counselors, and teachers to the talented students in elementary stage from viewpoints of headmistresses, counselors, and teachers.
The study sample included headmistresses, counselors, and teachers; (30) individuals divided into (10) headmistresses, (10) counselors, and (10) teachers of the talented in elementary private and public schools in Jeddah.
The researcher made up a 102 item questionnaire distributed into four domains (Educational, emotional, professional, and counseling). (developed by the researcher). Through the descriptive method. The study concludes the following results:
1-    The evaluation degree of the counseling services provided to the talented students in elementary stage from headmistresses' viewpoints was high in all domains.
2-    The evaluation degree of the counseling services provided to the talented students in elementary stage from counselors' viewpoints in educational, emotional, and social domains was high.
3-    The evaluation degree of the counseling services provided to the talented students in elementary stage from counselors' viewpoints in counseling and professional domains was low.
4-    The evaluation degree of the counseling services provided to the talented students in elementary stage from teachers' viewpoints was high in all domains.
5-    There are no statistically significant differences in the sample' evaluation degree of the counseling services provided to the talented students in elementary stage among the four domains; educational, emotional, professional, and counseling..
