الاحتياجات التدريبية لمشرفي ومشرفات صعوبات التعلم في المملکة العربية السعودية من وجهة نظر أفراد الدراسة Training Needs for the learning Disabilities supervisors in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia the identification from the study samples point of view

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الاحتياجات التدريبية لمشرفي ومشرفات صعوبات التعلم في المملکة العربية السعودية في مجال المعارف والمهارات والاتجاهات من وجهة نظر أفراد الدراسة، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، کما استخدم الاستبانة أداة لجمع المعلومات , وتکون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مشرفي ومشرفات صعوبات التعلم التابعين لإدارات التعليم بنين وبنات التابعة لوزارة التعليم في المملکة العربية السعودية، وبلغ عدد مشرفو ومشرفات صعوبات التعلم في المملکة العربية السعودية (112) مشرفا ومشرفة , مقسمين على عدد (55) مشرف تربوي و(57) مشرفة تربوية. واعتمد الباحث في اختيار العينة أسلوب الحصر الشامل لجميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة، وکان العائد من الاستبانات الموزعة (103) استبانة بنسبة (91%)، وقد أظهرت الدراسة عددا من النتائج على النحو التالي:
1-  أن إجابات أفراد الدراسة عن عبارات محور " الاحتياجات التدريبية لمشرفي ومشرفات صعوبات التعلم في مجال المعارف" کانت بدرجة (حاجة متوسطة) حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام (3.27 من 5).  
2-   أن إجابات افراد الدراسة عن عبارات محور " الاحتياجات التدريبية لمشرفي ومشرفات صعوبات التعلم في مجال المهارات" کانت بدرجة (حاجة متوسطة) حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام (3.11 من 5).
3-  أن إجابات افراد الدراسة عن عبارات محور " الاحتياجات التدريبية لمشرفي ومشرفات صعوبات التعلم في مجال الاتجاهات" کانت بدرجة (حاجة متوسطة) حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام (3.19 من 5).
The Study aims to know the training needs for the learning disabilities supervisors in kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in the field of knowledge, skills, and trends from the view of study samples. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach, and used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information from all of the learning disabilities supervisors. The community of the study samples consist of learning disabilities supervisors in the Ministry of Education in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who work during the second semester of the academic year 1437-1438. Where the sample total was (112) supervisors. At selecting the sample, the researcher depends on the comprehensive parenthesizing style. The number of the returned from the distributed questionnaires was (103) represents (91) questionnaires. The study conducted has shown the following main results.
1-      The study conducted has shown the following main results to the term training need in the field of knowledge was (Average need), where the arithmetic mean (3, 65 out of 5).
2-      The study conducted has shown the following main results to the term training need in the field of skills was (Average need), where the arithmetic mean (3, 11 out of 5).
3-      The study conducted has shown the following main results to the term training need in the field of trends was (Average need), where the arithmetic mean (3, 19 out of 5).
