اتجاهات معلمي التلاميذ العاديين نحو برنامج صعوبات التعلم بمدارس محافظة السليل "دراسة تحليلية" Attitudes of the Teachers of Ordinary Students Towards Learning Disabilities Program at Alslayel Governorate Schools

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات معلمي التلاميذ العاديين بمحافظة السليل نحو محتوى برامج صعوبات التعلم، والبيئة التعليمية, والکشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة حول أداة الدراسة، والتي تعزى إلى متغيري(المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة التدريسية). وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقام بإعداد استبانة (الاتجاهات للمعلمين)، بحيث تکونت عينة الدراسة من (175) معلما. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى ان: اتجاهات معلمي التلاميذ العاديين بمحافظة السليل نحو محتوى برنامج صعوبات التعلم کانت بمستوى توافر (أوافق بشدة). اتجاهات معلمي التلاميذ العاديين بمحافظة السليل نحو البيئة التعليمية لبرنامج صعوبات التعلم کانت بمستوى توافر (أوافق) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط استجابة المعلمين حول أداة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير(المؤهل العلمي) لصالح المؤهل الأعلى. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط استجابة المعلمين حول أداة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير(الخبرة التدريسية) لصالح الخبرة الأعلى.
وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج، فقد قدم الباحثان مجموعة من التوصيات، ومنها: أهمية زيادة الاهتمام بفئة ذوي صعوبات التعلم، عقد اللقاءات والندوات للمعلمين والتي تساهم في تدعيم الاتجاهات الايجابية نحو التلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم.
This study aims to identify the teachers' trends towards learning disabilities programs for ordinary pupils, the learning environment and to discover significant differences between the means of the responses of the study sample about the study tool, which is ascribed to the qualification variable and teaching experience. The study sample was formed of (175) teacher.  The study has reached to the following: Trends of the teachers of ordinary pupils towards the content of learning disabilities program in Alslayel Governorate Schools were at level (strongly agree). Trends of the teachers of ordinary pupils towards the learning environment in Alslayel Governorate Schools were at level (agree).There are statistically significant differences between the means scores (responds) of the teachers about the study tool which is attributed to the educational qualification variable in favour for the highest qualifications. There are statistically significant differences between the means scores (responds) of the teachers about the study tool which is attributed to teaching experience in favour for the highest experience.
In light of the study results that have been reached, the researcher has provided a number of recommendations most important of which are: To increase attention to the pupils with learning disabilities. To hold meetings and seminars for the teachers that can contribute in supporting the positive trends towards pupils with learning disabilities.
