واقع استخدام الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة السمعية للتقنيات التعليمية في ضوء بعض المتغيرات في مرحلة التعليم العالي The reality of the use of the deaf and hard of hearing students of Instructional technology In light of some of the variables in higher education

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة السمعية التقنيات التعليمية بقسم التربية الخاصة جامعة الملک سعود، والمعوقات التي يمکن أن تقلل ذلک الاستخدام، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (40) طالب أصم وضعيف سمع، منهم (16) أصم و(24) ضعيف سمع، وطبق على العينة مقياس واقع استخدام التقنية التعليمية ( إعداد الباحث)، وتوصلت الدراسة في نتائجها إلى ما يلي:
1-  أن استخدام التقنية في مجال التعليم جاء بشکل متوسط.
2-  من أهم المعوقات التي يمکن أن تحول أو تقلل من استخدام تلک البرامج هو ضعف مستوى اللغة العربية في القراءة والکتابة لدى الطلاب المعاقين سمعياً مما يحد من الاستفادة من خدمات الأنترنت" و" الأجهزة المتوفرة في مختبر الحاسوب لا تتناسب وأعداد الطلبة".
3-  عدم وجود فروق دالة -إحصائياً بين متوسطات رتب درجات الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة السمعية على مقياس واقع استخدام التقنية التعليمية في بعد استخدام التقنية التعليمية " وفقاً لمتغير المستوى الدراسي، ودرجة الفقدان السمعي ( صمم – ضعف سمعي )، وطرق التواصل، والمعدل الدراسي .
4-  عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات رتب درجات الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة السمعية على بعد معوقات استخدام التقنية التعليمية (الأبعاد الفرعية) تعزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي، ودرجة الفقدان السمعي ( صمم – ضعف سمعي )، وطرق التواصل، والمعدل الدراسي .
          The study aimed to identify the extent of the use of Hearing Impairment students of educational technology in the department of Special Education, Higher Education , and the obstacles that can reduce or prevent such use. The study sample consisted of 40 deaf and hard hearing students, of whom (16) deaf and (24) hard hearing students, and was applied to the sample a measurement of the reality of the use of educational technology and its obstacles (prepared by the researcher), and the study found the following results:
1-    The use of technology in education field was simple.
2-    There is no statistically significant differences between the mean ranks degrees of deaf and hard of hearing students on the reality of the use of educational technology scale after the use of educational technology, "the study variables attributed to the academic level, and the degree of auditory loss (deafness - AUDIO) weakness, methods of communication and the rate at the school.
3-    There is no statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of the degrees of Hearing Impairment students after the obstacles of the use of educational technology (Sub aspects) on the variables of the study due to the level of the school, and the degree of auditory loss (deafness - AUDIO) weakness, and methods of communication, and the rate at the school.
