  أجري البحث للتعرف على مدى فاعلية اختبارات تورانس في تنمية سمات القيادة الإبداعية والمسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى الطلاب المتدربين بکلية التربية جامعة جازان، اتبع المنهج التجريبي (نموذج المجموعة الواحدة)، وذلک بتطبيق مقياس تورانس ومقاييس سمات القيادة الإبداعية والمسؤولية الاجتماعية، تکونت عينة الدراسة من طلاب التدريب الميداني (45) طالباً، تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss وخلصت الدراسة إلي:

مستوى سمات القيادة الناجحة والمسئولية الاجتماعية لدى أفراد العينة في القياس البعدي مرتفع.
تسهم اختبارات تورانس في تنمية مهارات القيادة الناجحة بنسبة دالة إحصائية.
توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مقياس المسئولية الاجتماعية بين القياس القبلي والقياس البعدي لصالح القياس البعدي.
توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مقياس سمات القيادة الإبداعية بين القياس القبلي والقياس البعدي لصالح القياس البعدي.
تسهم اختبارات تورانس في تنمية المسئولية الاجتماعية وسمات القيادة الإبداعية.

أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بتنمية مهارات التفکير الإبداعي لدى طلاب الجامعات
The study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the Torrance tests in developing the attributes of creative leadership and social responsibility among the education college trainees of the, Jazan University, the research is following the experimental approach (one group model), by using the Torrance scale and the standards of creative leadership and social responsibility. The study sample formed from (45) students, the data was analyzed by using the statistical package of social sciences. The research concluded that

The level of successful leadership traits and social responsibility of the sample members in the post-measurement is high.
Torrance tests contribute to the development of successful leadership skills by statistical function.
There are statistically significant differences in the measure of social responsibility between tribal measurement and telemetry in favor of telemetry.
There are statistically significant differences in the measure of the attributes of creative leadership between tribal measurement and telemetry in favor of telemetry.
Torrance's tests contribute to the development of social responsibility and the qualities of creative leadership.
