أُجري هذا البحث في العام (2019-2018)، هدف إلى الکشف عن أثر برنامج إرشادي تدريبي في تنمية الاعتزاز بالهوية الوطنية والشعور بالانتماء لدى الطالب المعلم تخصص صعوبات التعلم في ضوء رؤية المملکة العربية السعودية (2030). استخدمت الباحثان المنهج التجريبي، تکون مجتمع البحث من (220) طالبًا معلمًا بقسم التربية الخاصة. اشتملت عينة البحث على (26) طالبًا معلمًا، تضمنت مجموعتين، تجريبية (13) طالبًا معلمًا، وضابطة (13) طالبًا معلمًا، تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. استخدم الباحثون مقياسي الاعتزاز بالهوية الوطنية، والذي تکون من(62) عبارة، ومقياس الشعور بالانتماء، والذي تکون من(69) عبارة. ولتحليل البيانات استخدم الباحثون (SPSS) اعتمادًا على اختبار(ت) للعينة الواحدة، واختبار(ت) للعينين المستقلتين، واختبار(ف) التباين الأحادي، وارتباط بيرسون، ومعادلة ألفا کرنباخ. توصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية:  هنالک أثر للبرنامج الإرشادي التدريبي في تنمية الاعتزاز بالهوية الوطنية لصالح القياس البعدي، هنالک أثر للبرنامج الإرشادي التدريبي في تنمية الشعور بالانتماء لصالح القياس البعدي  لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الاعتزاز بالهوية الوطنية تبعا لمتغير العمر، توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين الشعور بالانتماء والخلفية الثقافية. کما خرج البحث بالعديد من التوصيات والمقترحات المستقبلية.
 
This research was conducted in the period of (2019-2018), aimed at exploring the impact of a training counseling program in the development of pride in national identity and a sense of belonging among pre-service teacher specializing learning disabilities in the light of the vision of Saudi Arabia (2030). The researchers used the experimental method. The research community consisted of (220) pre-service teachers in the special education department. The research sample included (26) pre-service teachers, which included two groups, are experimental group (13) pre-service teachers, and control group(13) pre-service teachers, selected by simple random method. The researchers used two measures of pride in the national identity, which consists of (62) phrase, and the sense of belonging, which consists of (50) phrase. To analyze the data, the researchers used (SPSS), based on the T-test for one sample, T-test for independent samples, one way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson correlation coefficient, and the Alpha Keronbach equation. The search found the results following as:  There is an impact of the training counseling program in developing the sense of belonging in favor of telemetry , There is an impact of the training counseling program in developing pride in the national identity in favor of telemetry, there are no statistically significant differences in the pride in the national identity according to the age variable, there are no statistically significant correlation between the sense of belonging and cultural background, the study also came up with many recommendations and future proposals.
