فــاعليــة مقيــاس للكشــف عــن الميــول المهنيــة لــدى المكفــوفيــن فــي مــرحلــة الــرشــد فــي الأردن The Effectiveness of the Scale to Detect the Vocational Inclinations among Blind People in Adulthood in Jordan

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بناء مقياس للكشف عن الميول المهنية لدى المكفوفين في مرحلة الرشد في الأردن والتحقق من فاعليته من خلال تطبيقه على المكفوفين في المراكز والجمعيات والمدارس الواقعة في شمال ووسط وجنوب الأردن، حيث تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الأفراد المكفوفين في المرحلة العمرية (16–25) سنة والمسجلين في الجمعيات والمراكز التابعة لوزارة التنمية الاجتماعية الأردنية، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بشكل قصدي ميسر، وبلغ عدد المشاركين 200 من الذكور والإناث، واعتمدت الباحثة في بناء المقياس على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تكوّن المقياس من )99) فقرة موزعة على )7( أبعاد للميول المهنية وهي الميول الواقعية (13) فقرة، والميول التحليلية (13) فقرة، والميول الاجتماعية (15) فقرة، والميول التقليدية (15) فقرة، والميول اللغوية (11) فقرة، الميول الفنية (16) فقرة، والميول التجارية (16) فقرة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المقياس أبدى خصائص سيكومترية قوية، حيث تم التحقق من الصدق العاملي وصدق المحتوى وصدق البناء والصدق التلازمي وثبات المقياس باستخدام معامل كرونباخ ألفا وطريقة التجزئة النصفية، مما يعكس فاعليته في تحديد الميول المهنية لدى المكفوفين في مرحلة الرشد، ومن أهم التوصيات التي تم التوصل إليها في الدراسة الحالية تتمثل في الاستفادة من المقياس في تطبيقات ميدانية ضمن برامج الإرشاد المهني الخاصة بالمكفوفين في المراكز والمدارس، وإجراء المزيد من الدراسات المقارنة بين عينات مختلفة (ذكور/ إناث، حضر/ ريف)؛ للتحقق من ثبات المقياس عبر مجموعات متعددة، وتكييف المقياس لثقافات أخرى ناطقة بالعربية مثل الخليج العربي أو شمال إفريقيا، عبر إجراء دراسات ترجمة ثقافية وتحليل صدق جديد.
 This study aimed to develop a scale for identifying vocational interests among individuals with visual impairments in the adulthood stage in Jordan and to verify its effectiveness through its application to visually impaired individuals in centers, associations, and schools located in the northern, central, and southern regions of Jordan. The study population consisted of all visually impaired individuals in the age range of )16–25(years, registered with the associations and centers under the Ministry of Social Development of Jordan. An Intentionality sample of 200 participants, both male and female, was selected. The researcher used a descriptive-analytical approach in developing the scale, which consists of )99(items distributed across 7 dimensions of vocational interests: Realistic Interests (13(items, Analytical Interests (13(items, Social Interests (15(items, Conventional Interests (15(items, Linguistic Interests (11(items, Artistic Interests (16(items, and Commercial Interests (16 (items. The results of the study indicated that the scale exhibited strong psychometric properties, with factor validity and reliability confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, reflecting its effectiveness in determining vocational interests among visually impaired adults.
Among the key recommendations made in this study are: utilizing the scale in practical field applications within vocational guidance programs for visually impaired individuals in centers and schools, conducting further comparative studies across different samples (male/female, urban/rural) to assess the scale's stability across multiple groups, and adapting the scale for other Arabic-speaking cultures, such as those in the Gulf or North Africa, through conducting cultural translation studies and re-validating its accuracy.
