هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف تأثير الخصائص النفسية على الجانبين التشخيصي والتعليمي لدى الأفراد ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد من وجهة نظر المتخصصين في منطقة المدينة المنورة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، سعت الدراسة إلى تحليل تأثير هذه الخصائص على عملية التشخيص والتعليم، بالإضافة إلى دراسة الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية وفقًا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. كما تضمنت الدراسة تحليل الفروق في تأثير الخصائص النفسية على التشخيص والتعليم بناءً على اختلاف سنوات الخبرة لدى المتخصصين (5 سنوات فأقل، من 6 إلى 10 سنوات، 11 سنة فأكثر). واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهدافها، واعتمدت على الاستبانة التي أعدها الباحث كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من المتخصصين العاملين مع ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد في منطقة المدينة المنورة، وشمل معلمي التوحد، ومعلمي التدريبات السلوكية والأخصائيين النفسيين من الذكور والإناث، وبلغ عددهم حوالي 111 متخصصًا، بينما تمثلت عينة الدراسة في (105) متخصصين تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة. وقد كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الخصائص النفسية وكذلك الجانبين التشخيصي والتعليمي لدى الأفراد ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، جاء ضمن المستوى المرتفع من التقدير من وجهة نظر المتخصصين في منطقة المدينة المنورة. كما أظهرت النتائج أن هذه الخصائص تؤثر على الجانبين التشخيصي والتعليمي، حيث وُجدت فروق دالة إحصائيًا في متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة نحو الخصائص النفسية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، لصالح المتخصصين الذين لديهم خبرة 11 سنة فأكثر. كما وُجدت فروق دالة في استجابات المتخصصين نحو الجانبين التشخيصي والتعليمي، حيث كانت الفروق في الجانب التشخيصي لصالح من لديهم 6-10 سنوات خبرة، وفي الجانب التعليمي لصالح من تزيد خبرتهم عن 11 سنة، وفيما تأتي أهم التوصيات بتعزيز التدريب للمتخصصين وفق مستويات خبرتهم بتطوير مهارات التشخيص وتعزيز مهارات التدخل التعليمي، كما توصي الدراسة تحسين أدوات التشخيص وفقاً للخصائص النفسية عن طريق تطوير واستخدام أدوات تشخيصية أكثر دقة لتعزز سلامة التشخيص وفعالية التدخلات التعليمية.
The study aimed to explore the impact of psychological characteristics on the diagnostic and educational aspects of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) from the perspective of specialists in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah. To achieve this objective, the study sought to analyze the influence of these characteristics on the diagnosis and education process, as well as to examine statistically significant differences based on the variables of years of experience and work environment. Additionally, the study analyzed differences in the impact of psychological characteristics on diagnosis and education according to specialists’ years of experience (5 years or less, 6-10 years, 11 years or more). The study adopted the descriptive methodology and relied on a researcher-designed questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. The study population consisted of specialists working with individuals with ASD in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, including autism teachers, behavioral training teachers, and psychological specialists, both male and female, with a total of approximately 111 specialists. The study sample consisted of 105 specialists selected using a simple random sampling technique. The study results revealed that the levels of psychological characteristics, as well as the diagnostic and educational aspects of individuals with ASD, were rated at a high level by specialists in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah. The findings also showed that these characteristics significantly impact the diagnostic and educational aspects. There were statistically significant differences in specialists' responses regarding psychological characteristics based on years of experience, in favor of those with 11 or more years of experience. Additionally, there were statistically significant differences in specialists' responses concerning the diagnostic and educational aspects, with differences in the diagnostic aspect favoring those with 6-10 years of experience and differences in the educational aspect favoring those with more than 11 years of experience, While the most important recommendations come to enhance training for specialists according to their levels of experience in developing diagnostic skills and enhancing educational intervention skills, the study also recommends improving diagnostic tools according to psychological characteristics by developing and using more accurate diagnostic tools to enhance the safety of diagnosis and the effectiveness of educational interventions.
