واقع تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني في برامج الدراسات العلـيا من وجهـة نظـر أعضـاء هيئـة التـدريـس بقسـم التربيـة الخاصـة بجامعـة القصيـم The Reality of Applying E-Learning in Postgraduate Programs from The Point of View of Faculty Members in The Department of Special Education at Qassim University

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تقييم مدى رضا أعضاء هيئة التدريس في قسم التربية الخاصة بجامعة القصيم عن استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني في برامج الدراسات العليا من وجهة نظرهم، وكذلك تحديد الإيجابيات والتحديات المرتبطة بتطبيق التعليم الالكتروني. واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي المسحي للدراسة بأداة الاستبانة، مع عينة بلغ عددها (٢٠) عضوًا من هيئة التدريس. واظهرت النتائج رضا أعضاء هيئة التدريس بدرجة عالية عن تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني في برامج الدراسات العليا، وأكدوا على أنه يسهل الوصول إلى المقررات الدراسية بمرونة تامة في أي وقت ومكان. كما ساهم استخدام منصات البحث المختلفة في تعزيز جودة التعليم الإلكتروني. كما أوضحت النتائج إلى أن من أبرز الإيجابيات أثناء تطبيق التعليم الالكتروني استخدام الوسائط التقنية الحديثة في العملية التعليمية وتشجيع الطلاب على استخدام محركات البحث للحصول على المعلومات. وتوصلت النتائج أن تحديات تطبيق التعليم الالكتروني في برامج الدراسات العليا كانت بدرجة متوسطة، حيث تمثلت أبرزها في ضعف شبكة الإنترنت وانقطاعها المستمر بالجامعة وضعف دافعية بعض الطلاب، مما يؤثر سلبًا على تجربتهم التعليمية.
The current research aims to evaluate the level of satisfaction among faculty members in the Special Education Department at Qassim University regarding the use of e-learning in graduate programs from their perspective. It also seeks to identify the positives and challenges associated with the implementation of e-learning. The researchers utilized a descriptive survey methodology with a questionnaire as the tool, involving a sample of 20 faculty members. The results showed a high degree of satisfaction among faculty members with the implementation of e-learning in graduate programs, confirming that it facilitates flexible access to course materials at any time and place. The use of various research platforms also contributed to enhancing the quality of e-learning. The results also highlighted that among the most significant benefits of implementing e-learning was the use of modern technological media in the educational process and encouraging students to use search websites to obtain information. The results also indicated that the challenges of implementing e-learning in graduate programs were moderate, primarily characterized by weak internet connectivity and frequent disruptions at the university, as well as the low motivation of some students, which negatively affects their educational experience.
