واقـع الخـدمـات التـأهيليـة لطلبـة الـدمـج بالمـدارس الحكـوميـة مـن وجهـة نظـر معلمـي ومعلمـات التـربيـة الخـاصـة بـإمـارة أبـو ظبـي The reality of rehabilitation services for integration students in government schools from the point of view of special education teachers in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على واقع الخدمات التأهيلية لطلبة الدمج بالمدارس الحكومية من وجهة نظر معلمي ومعلمات التربية الخاصة بإمارة أبو ظبي، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (45) معلم من معلمي ومعلمات التربية الخاصة بإمارة أبو ظبي بمناطق أبو ظبي، العين، الظفرة، وقد طُبق عليهم استبيان واقع الخدمات التأهيلية لطلبة الدمج بالمدارس الحكومية من وجهة نظر معلمي ومعلمات التربية الخاصة بإمارة أبو ظبي، وذلك بعد التحقق من ثباته وصدقه. وتم استخدام معامل ارتباط بيرسون ومعامل ألفا كرونباخ وحساب الأهمية النسبية، كأساليب إحصائية لتحليل البيانات.
وقد توصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن آراء أفراد عينة البحث جاءت بتقدير مرتفع نحو بعدي التقييم والتشخيص بمدارس الدمج والخدمات التأهيلية الصحية والنفسية في فيما حين جاءت آرائهم في بعدي استخدام التقنيات والأجهزة والمبنى المدرسي بتقدير متوسط ويوصي الباحثون بضرورة التوعية والإرشاد بالخدمات التأهيلية لطلبة الدمج بالمدارس الحكومية وضرورة تفعيلها والاستمرار في الاستفادة منها داخل المدارس الحكومية خاصة في بعدي التقنيات والأجهزة وتأهيل المباني المدرسية بشكل يتلاءم مع احتياجات وطبيعة كل إعاقة مدمجة بالمدارس الحكومية.
The current research aims to identify the reality of rehabilitation services for integration students in government schools from the point of view of special education teachers in Abu Dhabi emirate. A questionnaire about the reality of rehabilitation services for integration students in public schools was applied to them, after verifying its reliability and validity. Pearson's correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and relative importance calculation were used as statistical methods to analyze the data.
The results of the research concluded that the opinions of the research sample individuals came with a high rating towards the two dimensions of evaluation and diagnosis in integration schools and health and psychological rehabilitation services, while their opinions in the two dimensions of the use of technologies, devices and the school building came with a medium rating.
The researchers recommend the necessity of raising awareness and guidance about rehabilitative services for students of integration into public schools, and the necessity of activating them and continuing to benefit from them within public schools, especially in the two dimensions of technology and equipment, and rehabilitation of school buildings in a manner that is compatible with the needs and nature of each disability integrated into public schools.
