واقـــع الخدمـــات الانتقاليــة المقــدمــــة للطــالبــــات الصــــم مــن وجهــة نظــر منســوبــات معهــد الأمــل بمــدينــة جــده The Reality of Transitional Services Provided to Deaf Students from The Point of View of The Employees of The Al-Amal Institute in Jeddah

تعد الخدمات الانتقالية من المواضيع الهامة التي لها علاقة في تنمية المهارات الاجتماعية وتحقيق الذات والاستقلالية لذوي الإعاقة بشكل عام والصم بشكل خاص، وتمثل الهدف الأساسي في الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة واقع الخدمات الانتقالية المقدمة للطالبات الصم من وجهة نظر منسوبات معهد الأمل بمدينة جده، والوقوف على أبرز المعوقات التي تواجههن عند تطبيق الخدمات، وأساليب تحسين وتفعيل تلك الخدمات لمساعدة الطالبات الصم في تحقيق النجاح لهن في مرحلة ما قبل التخرج. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج النوعي(الظاهراتي) لجمع وتحليل البيانات من خلال إعداد قائمة أسئلة أولية للمقابلات شبه المنظمة؛ للوصول إلى البيانات اللازمة للإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة الحالية والتي تكونت من (15) سؤال رئيسي، وتم تطبيق الدراسة على (10) من منسوبات معهد الأمل. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من المعوقات تتمثل أبرزها في: المقررات الدراسية، ضعف الجانب اللغوي ومحدودية الفرص في المرحلة الجامعية، قلة المبادرات وضعف التواصل بلغة الإشارة. في حين كانت أبرز التحسينات متمثلة في تعزيز الجانب المهاري، وتحسين طرق التدريس وتدعيم المقررات الدراسية، وكذلك تفعيل دورات تدريبية واستشعار نعم الله عزوجل، واستضافة نماذج ناجحة من فئة الصم. وفيما يتعلق بتصورات المنسوبات حول مواصفات البرنامج الانتقالي الناجح أشاروا إلى أهمية الجانب التنظيمي وذلك من خلال التخطيط الجيد والبدء في تفعيل الخدمات الانتقالية في وقت مبكر ودعم الجانب التدريبي وذلك من خلال تأهيل الصم في عدة مجالات مختلفة وتحديداً في الجانب الاجتماعي.
Transitional services are important topics related to the development of social skills, self-realization and independence of persons with disabilities in general and the deaf in particular. The main objective of the current study is to find out about transitional services provided to deaf female students from the perspective of the Al-Amal Institute in Jeddah. In addition, to find out about the most prominent obstacles they face when applying services, and the ways to improve and activate these services to help deaf students achieve success for them in the pre-graduate period. The study used the qualitative (virtual) approach to data collection and analysis by preparing a preliminary list of questions for semi-structured interviews; To access data needed to answer the current study's questions, which consisted of 15 main questions, the study was applied to 10 Al-Amal Institute publications. The study identified a number of obstacles, the most prominent of which are: the academic curricula, the weak language aspect, the limited opportunities at the university level, the lack of initiatives and communication in sign language, while the most prominent improvements were the strengthening of skills, the improvement of teaching methods and the strengthening of curricula, as well as the activation of training courses, sensing the blessings of Allah Almighty and hosting successful models for the deaf. Regarding the women's perception of the characteristics of a successful transitional program, they pointed to the importance of the organizational aspect, through good planning, the early start of transitional services, and support for training by rehabilitating deaf people in several different fields, specifically on the social side.
