واقــع تطبيــق الخدمــات الانتقاليَّــة لطلبــة ذوي صعــوبــات التعلُّــــم مــن وجهــة نظــر الإشــراف التــربــوي بالمملكــة العــربيَّــــة السعــوديــــّة The reality of the application of transitional services for students with learning difficulties, from the point of view of educational supervision in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

هدفت الدِّراسَة إلى التعّرف على واقع تطبيق الخدمات الانتقاليَّة، لطلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلُّم، من وجهة نظر الإشراف التربوي بالمملكة العربيَّة السعوديَّة، والمعوِّقات التي تحول دون ذلك، وكذلك المقترحات التي تُسهم في التغلب على هذه المعوِّقات، بالإضافة إلى بيان ما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيَّة، بين آراء عينة الدِّراسَة نحو واقع تطبيق الخدمات الانتقاليَّة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدِّراسَة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات اللازمة للدِّراسَة، وتكوَّن مجتمع الدِّراسَة من (138) مشرفة، وتوصّلت الدِّراسَة إلى أن واقع تطبيق الخدمات الانتقاليَّة للطلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلُّم مرتفع، أبرز النتائج تمثلَّت في الجوانب الأكاديميَّة والاجتماعيَّة، والمهنيَّة، كما تبين أن أبرز التحديات، تتمثَّل في انخفاض الميزانيَّة المخصصة، أهم المقترحات التي تساهم هو توفير الميزانيَّة المخصصة ،كما توصلت الدِّراسَة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيَّة، في آراء الإشراف التربوي نحو تطبيق الخدمات الانتقاليَّة للطلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلُّم، وعلى ضوء نتائج الدِّراسَة؛ ومن اهم التوصيات ،توعية الأسر بأهميَّة الخدمات الانتقاليَّة لأبنائهم.
The study aimed to identify the reality of applying transitional services for students with learning difficulties, from the point of view of educational supervision in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the obstacles that prevent it, as well as proposals that contribute to overcoming these obstacles, in addition to indicating whether there are significant statistic differences., between the opinions of the study sample about the reality of the applying of transitional services To achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was followed, and the researcher used the questionnaire to collect the necessary information for the study. The study population consisted of (138) female supervisors.  The study concluded that the reality of applying transitional services for students with learning difficulties is high. The most prominent results were in the academic, social, and professional aspects. It was also found that the most prominent challenges are represented in the decrease in the allocated budget. The most important proposals that contribute is the provision of the allocated budget. The study also found that there are no statistically significant differences in the views of educational supervision towards the applying of transitional services for students with learning difficulties, and in light of the results of the study. One of the most important recommendations is the Families awareness about the importance of transitional services for their children.
