مستـــوى انتشـــار التنمــر نحــو ذوي صعــوبــــات التعلــــم من وجهــــة نظــر معلميهــــم فــي منطقــــة مكــــة المكرمــــة The level of the spread of bullying towards people with learning disabilities at all educational levels in the Makkah region

يهدف البحث الحالي للتعرف على مستوى انتشار التنمر نحو ذوي صعوبات التعلم من وجهة نظر معلميهم في منطقة مكة المكرمة، والتعرف على أكثر أشكال التنمر شيوعا نحو ذوي صعوبات التعلم؛ وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم تطبيق أداة البحث استبانة انتشار التنمر (من إعداد الباحثتان)، وتكونت عينة البحث من (264) معلم ومعلمة ذوي صعوبات التعلم لجميع المراحل التعليمية بمنطقة مكة المكرمة. وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن انتشار التنمر نحو ذوي صعوبات التعلم من وجهة نظر معلميهم جاء ضمن المستوى المتوسط، وأن التنمر الاجتماعي أكثر أشكال التنمر شيوعا نحو ذوي صعوبات التعلم، يليه التنمر اللفظي، ومن ثم التنمر على الممتلكات، وأخيرا التنمر الجسدي يقع بآخر سلم الترتيب، كأقل أشكال التنمر شيوعا نحو ذوي صعوبات التعلم. وتوصي الباحثتان بضرورة تعميم أنظمة وقوانين يتم إلزام المدارس بها للحد من انتشار التنمر، بالإضافة لتطبيق برامج إرشادية أو تدريبية موجهة للضحايا من ذوي صعوبات التعلم على وجه الخصوص لمجابهة التعرض للتنمر. كما تقترح الباحثتان القيام بعمل دراسات تستقصي الآراء حول طرق الوقاية من التنمر من وجهة نظر جميع الأطراف المشاركة بالتنمر.
The current research aims to identify the level of the spread of bullying towards people with learning disabilities at all educational levels in the Makkah region, and to identify the most common forms of bullying towards people with learning disabilities; And using the descriptive approach, where the research tool was applied to identify the prevalence of bullying (Prepared by the two researchers), On the target sample, which consisted of (264) male and female teachers with learning difficulties for all educational levels in the Makkah region. The results concluded that the spread of bullying towards people with learning difficulties for all educational levels was within the average level, and that social bullying is the most common form of bullying towards people with learning disabilities, followed by verbal bullying, then property bullying, and finally physical bullying is located at the last of the ranking ladder as the least common forms of bullying towards people with learning disabilities. The two researchers recommend the necessity of disseminating regulations and laws that schools are obligated to follow to curb the spread of bullying, in addition to implementing counseling or training programs directed at victims with learning disabilities in particular to confront bullying. The two researchers also suggest conducting studies that survey opinions on ways to prevent bullying from the point of view of all parties involved in bullying.
