هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن أبرز التحديات التي تواجه البرامج التربوية الفردية في برامج ومعاهد التربية الخاصة للمرحلة الابتدائية والوقوف على درجة اختلاف أهمية هذه التحديات باختلاف المؤهل الدراسي والخبرة .اقتصر تطبيق هذه الدراسة على معلمات التربية الفكرية في برامج ومعاهد التربية الخاصة للمرحلة الابتدائية في منطقة القصيم خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول لعام 1444هــ .استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي لعينة مكونة من 102 معلمة من معلمات التربية الفكرية، وقد تم اعتماد أداة الاستبانة لجمع بيانات الدراسة ,لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة, أشارت النتائج الى ....
The current study aimed to reveal the most prominent challenges facing individual educational programs in special education programs and institutes for the primary stage and to identify the degree to which the importance of these challenges varies according to the academic qualification and experience. The application of this study was limited to the teachers of intellectual education in the programs and institutes of special education for the primary stage in the Qassim region during the first semester of 1444 AH.The researcher used the descriptive approach of a sample of 102 teachers of intellectual education, and the questionnaire tool was adopted to collect the data of the study, to achieve the objectives of the study.
