تقييــم واقــع الشــراکــة المجتمعيــة مــع مضطــربــي النطــق فــي المــرحلــــة الثــانــويــــة في منطقــة الــريــاض Assessment of the Reality of Community Partnership with Speech Disorders in the Secondary Stage in the Riyadh Region

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع تفعيل الشراکة المجتمعية بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة من خريجي المرحلة الثانوية من فئة مضطربي النطق المنتقلين لسوق العمل في منطقة الرياض، والتحديات التي تواجهها، والکشف عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في واقع وتحديات تفعيل الشراکة المجتمعية بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي؛ مع مضطربي النطق والتي تُعزى لاختلاف عينة الدراسة في متغيري: الجنس ومسار الانتقال واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي (التحليلي)، ويمثل مجتمع الدراسة جميع خريجي المرحلة الثانوية من فئة مضطربي النطق المنتقلين لسوق العمل أو الدراسة في منطقة الرياض، تم اختيار عينة عشوائية من خريجي المرحلة الثانوية من فئة مضطربي النطق المنتقلين لسوق العمل أو الدراسة في منطقة الرياض وبلغ العدد النهائي الذي تم تطبيق الدراسة عليه 70 فردا من خريجي المرحلة الثانوية من فئة مضطربي النطق، وتوصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج التي من أهمها أن واقع الشراکة المجتمعية مع مضطربي النطق بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي جاءت بدرجة "محايد"، وأن المدرسة الثانوية تواجه العديد من التحديات التي تعوق الشراکة المجتمعية بدرجة کبيرة، وکذلک عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة وفق متغير الجنس (ذکر، أنثى)، ومتغير مسار الانتقال (دراسة، عمل) في تحديات تنمية الشراکة المجتمعية بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي، وتوصي الدراسة بالاهتمام بدارسة احتياجات وتوقعات الطلاب سواء ما يتعلق بسوق العمل أو الانتقال للدراسة، وتطوير العلاقة بين المدرسة ومزودي الخدمات الداعمة لانتقال الطلاب من المدرسة إلى سوق العمل.
This study aimed to identify the reality and challenges activating the community partnership between the school and the local community according to a study sample of secondary school graduates with speech disorders moving to the labor market in Riyadh region.
Identifying the challenges they face, and detecting statistically significant differences in the reality and challenges of activating the community partnership between the school and the local community with people with speech disorders, which are due to the difference in the study sample in the two variables: gender and the path of transmission, The study also used the descriptive (analytical) approach. The study community was all secondary school graduates with speech disorders who moved to the labor market or study in Riyadh region. A random sample of high school graduates from people with speech disorders who moved to the labor market or study in the Riyadh region was selected, the final number on which the study was applied was 70 high school graduates from people with speech disorders finally This study reached the some of results which of them The reality of the community partnership with people with speech disorders between the school and the local community came to a "neutral" degree, also The secondary school faces many challenges that greatly impede community partnership, and there are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the study sample members according to the gender variable (male, female), and the transition path variable (study, work) in the challenges of developing community partnership between the school and the local community, The study recommends paying attention to studying the needs and expectations of students, whether with regard to the labor market or moving to study, and pay attention also to developing the relationship between the school and service providers that support students' moving from school to the labor market.
