فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على استراتيجية القبعات الست في تنمية بعض الکفايات التدريسية لمعلمات التربية الفکرية The Effectiveness of a Training Program Based on the Six Hats Strategy on Developing some Teaching Competencies for Intellectual Education Teacher

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على استراتيجية القبعات الست في تنمية الکفايات التدريسية في مجال التخطيط، التنفيذ والتقويم لمعلمات التربية الفکرية، حيث تکونت عينة الدراسة من (٣٩) معلمة من معلمات التربية الفکرية بمعهد التربية الفکرية وبرامج العوق الفکري الملحقة بمدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة الطائف. وقد استندت الدراسة في تصميمها إلى المنهج شبه التجريبي لمجموعة واحدة تجريبية مع القياس القبلي والبعدي، کما استخدمت الدراسة قائمة بالکفايات التدريسية من إعداد الباحثة، وبرنامج تدريبي قائم على استراتيجية القبعات الست في تنمية بعض الکفايات التدريسية من إعداد الباحثة، وبطاقة ملاحظة للکفايات التدريسية- من إعداد الباحثة.
وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين متوسط درجات المعلمات في القياس البعدي والقبلي في مجال کفايات التخطيط، التنفيذ والتقويم لصالح القياس البعدي، وفي الدرجة الکلية على بطاقة الملاحظة للکفايات التدريسية لمعلمات التربية الفکرية، ووقد بلغ حجم الأثر الکلي قيمة (0.99). تُعزى للبرنامج التدريبي القائم على استراتيجية القبعات الست في تنمية بعض الکفايات التدريسية لمعلمات التربية الفکرية. وقد أوصت الدراسة بعقد برامج تدريبية حول الکفايات التدريسية لمعلمي التربية الفکرية بشکل دوري من قبل المشرفين والمشرفات بإدارة التربية الخاصة بالمناطق.
The current study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on the Six Hats strategy in developing teaching competencies in the field of planning, implementation, and evaluation of intellectual education teachers, where the study sample consisted of (39) teachers from intellectual education teachers at the Institute of Intellectual Education and intellectual handicap programs attached to education schools the year in Taif Governorate.
The study was based in its design on the semi-experimental approach of one experimental group with pre- and post-measurement, and the study also used a list of teaching competencies prepared by the researcher, and a training program based on the six hats strategy in developing some teaching competencies prepared by the researcher, and a note card for teaching competencies - prepared by the researcher.
The results of the study found that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between the average scores of the teachers in the post and pre-measurement in the field of planning, implementation, and evaluation competencies in favor of the post-measurement, and in the total score on the observation card of the teaching competencies of the intellectual education teachers. The total value is (0.99). It is attributed to the training program based on the Six Hats strategy in developing some teaching competencies for intellectual education teachers. The study recommended holding training programs on teaching competencies for intellectual education teachers on a regular basis by supervisors and supervisors in the Department of Special Education in the regions.
