العوامل الخمس الکبرى للشخصية وعلاقتها باستقلالية نمط التعلم لدى الطلبة الموهوبين في المرحلة الثانوية بالجبيل الصناعية The big five factors of personality and it's relationship with independence of the learning style aming gifted students at the secondary stage in Jubail Industrial City

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد العلاقة الارتباطية بين العوامل الخمس الکبرى للشخصية والتي شملت العصابية، والانبساطية، والمقبولية، ويقظة الضمير، والانفتاح على الخبرة وبين استقلالية نمط التعلم لدى الموهوبين. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتبع الباحث منهج البحث المختلط من نوع التصميم التفسيري المتتابع. تکونت عينة الدراسة على (36) طالب من الموهوبين بمدرسة الرواد الثانوية بالجبيل الصناعية، واستخدم الباحث مقياس العوامل الخمس الکبرى للشخصية من إعداد آل دحيم (2019)، کما استخدم تم استخدام أسلوب المقابلة. توصلت النتائج إلى أن عينة الدراسة يتسمون ببعض سمات العوامل الخمسة الکبرى للشخصية، والتي شملت (العصابية-يقظة الضمير– الانفتاح على الخبرة) على التوالي، ولا يتسمون ببعض سمات العوامل الخمسة الکبرى للشخصية (الانبساطية – المقبولية). کما توصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقات عکسية وطردية وعدم وجود علاقة في بعض الأحيان بين العوامل الخمس الکبرى للشخصية وأنماط تعلم الموهوبين.
The study aimed to determine the correlation between Big Five personality factors, which included neuroticism, extraversion, acceptability, conscientiousness, openness to experience, and the independence of the gifted learning style. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed the mixed research method of the type of sequential explanatory design. The study sample was limited to (36) gifted students at Al-Rowad Secondary School in Jubail Industrial City. The researcher used the scale of the Big Five personality factors prepared by Al-Dhaim (2019), and the interview method was also used. The results concluded that the study sample had some characteristics of the Big Five personality factors, which included (neuroticism - conscientiousness vigilance - openness to experience), respectively, and not some of the characteristics of the Big Five personality factors (extraversion - acceptability). The results also found that there are inverse and direct relationships and the absence of a relationship in some cases between the Big Five personality factors and gifted learning styles.
