تَقْويم برامجِ التأهيلِ المِهَني للفتَيَاتِ ذواتِ الإعاقةِ الفکريةِ في ضوءِ المَعاييرِ العالَميّة Evaluation of vocational rehabilitation programs for girls with intellectual disabilities in the light of international standards from the perspective of its employees

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى تطبيق برامج التأهيل المهني للفتيات ذوات الإعاقة الفکرية للمعايير العالمية للتأهيل المهني، وطبيعة المُعَوِّقات التي تَحُول دون التطبيق الأمثل لهذه المعايير، کما تسعى هذه الدراسة للکشف عن مستوى تطبيق هذه البرامج للمعايير باختلاف عدة متغيرات. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استُخدم المنهج الوصفي من خلال تصميم الباحثة أداةَ الدراسة ممثلة بـ(استبانة). وطُبقت على عيِّنة قوامها (155) مُقدِّمة خدمة، يمثلون جميع مجتمع الدراسة.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المعايير العالمية للتأهيل المهني يتم تطبيقها (بدرجة عالية)، في برامج التأهيل المهني للفتيات ذوات الإعاقة الفکرية في مؤسسات التأهيل المهني, کما تبيّنَ أن أفراد الدراسة من العاملات في برامج التأهيل المهني للفتيات ذوات الإعاقة الفکرية في مؤسسات التأهيل المهني موافقات (بدرجة عالية) على تأثير المعوقات التي تحُول دون التطبيق الأمثل للمعايير العالمية في برامج التأهيل المهني للفتيات ذوات الإعاقة الفکرية في مؤسسات التأهيل المهني. کما کشفت الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) فأقل بين مُقدِّمي الخدمة في هذه البرامج وفقًا لعدة متغيرات..
This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of vocational rehabilitation programs for girls with Intellectual disability through measuring the level of application the international standards of vocational rehabilitation and to recognize the obstacles that prevent the optimum implementation of these standards by detecting the various variables. In order to achieve these objectives, the researcher used the descriptive survey method by designing the study's tool (questionnaire). The tool enforced on a sample consisted of 55 staff members that comprise the whole study society.
The study results showed that vocational rehabilitation's institutions applied the international standards of the vocational rehabilitation programs for girls with Intellectual disability (in a highly degree) . In addition, it revealed that the staff members of the vocational rehabilitation programs for girls with Intellectual disability that formed the study sample (highly agree) that the obstacles have the greatest ‏ impact on preventing the optimum implementation of the international standards in vocational rehabilitation programs for girls with Intellectual disability in its institutions. ‏The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) and less between the staff members
