أثـــر التعــاقـد السلـوكــي في خفــض السلــوك العـدوانــي اللفظـــي لـدى الطـالبـات ذوات صعـوبـات التعلــم بالمــرحلــــة الابتــدائيــــة The Effectiveness of Behavior Contracting to Reduce Verbal Aggressive Behavior of Students with Learning Disabilities in Primary School

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على أثر استخدام التعاقد السلوكي لخفض السلوك العدواني اللفظي لدى الطالبات ذوات صعوبات التعلم في المرحلة الابتدائية. وقد استخدام المنهج
شبه التجريبي، والمتمثل في تصاميم الحالة الواحدة، وتحديداً تصميم الانسحاب (withdrawal design) (ABAB)، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من ثلاث طالبات من ذوات صعوبات التعلم في إحدى المدارس الابتدائية بمدينة الرياض. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة أعدت الباحثة ورشة تدريبية للمعلمات، وأعدت استمارة الملاحظة لتسجيل بيانات الطالبات، واستمارة الملاحظة الخاصة بالملاحظ الخارجي المستقل. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة أن التعاقد السلوكي أدى إلى خفض السلوك العدواني اللفظي لدى الطالبات ذوات صعوبات التعلم، وساهم استخدام هذا التدخل في احتفاظ الطالبات بمستويات منخفضة من السلوك العدواني اللفظي بعد التوقف عن التدخل. وبهذا أظهرت النتائج أن التعاقد السلوكي له فاعلية كبيرة في خفض السلوك العدواني اللفظي لدى الطالبات ذوات صعوبات التعلم.
The current study aimed to identify the effect of using behavioral contracting to reduce verbal aggressive behavior among female students with learning disabilities in primary school. The semi-experimental approach of single-subject designs was used, specifically the withdrawal design (ABAB). The study sample consisted of three female students with learning disabilities in a primary school in Riyadh. In order to achieve the aim of the study, the researcher prepared a training workshop for female teachers, an observation form to record the students' data, and an observation form for the independent external observer. The results of the study concluded that behavioral contracting led to a reduction in verbal aggressive behavior among students with learning difficulties, and this intervention contributed to the students' retention of low levels of verbal aggressive behavior after stopping the intervention. Thus, the results showed that behavioral contracting effectively reduces verbal aggressive behavior among female students with learning difficulties.
